Liljana provide category leadership through promoting quality culture and implementation of an aligned strategy. Her new additional responsibilities include creation and implementation of category quality strategy, leading category IRT and support to the ingredient strategy aligned with the priorities defined with the Head of Operations Ice Cream SBU.
With a total experience of 21 years, Liljana spent 11 years at Nestlé. Her career with the Company started as Factory Quality Manager in 2007 at Stara Pazova ice cream factory in Serbia. She was then promoted Adriatic Regional QA Manager. In 2011, she began her international career with an assignment to Nestlé USA Factory QA Manager in the largest Nestlé ice cream factory located in Bakersfield California. In 2017, she was promoted NPTC Ice Cream QA Manager. Liljana’s leadership in Quality Management and continuous improvement led to significant results such as:  ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certifications in Adriatic Region, breakthrough results in Bakersfield ice cream factory with over 5 year continuous improvement in consumer complaints delivering a 47% consumer complaint and 25% foreign body complaint improvement. She is a well-respected ice cream quality and process professional who actively transfers her knowledge and capabilities to her teammates.
